Hello there!
Here at PERSONISATION we believe that all types of organisation – private business, plc, voluntary organisation, local authority, educational institution and so on – are actually a living, breathing entity.
For each ‘personisation’ we take a look at the emotions, personality types, friends, enemies, life cycle, phycical being, health, appearance and much much more.
We like our approach to be simple, clear and fun… you won’t hear jargon – but you will feel a benefit whether at Board level, in the class room or on the shopfloor. We can all related to ‘people’ and therefore Personisation is refreshing and helpful.
To start with, all you have to do is take a business and be able to describe it as a person.. a few examples to get you warmed up:
Boots Chemist …. an old friend perhaps. You know it well and it has lots of things to help you feel better. It’s also a friend because it gives back to you (don’t you just love collecting Boots Advantage Points so you can treat yourself?!). It’s quite conservative but always dependable and reliable.
Heinz …. wholesome and traditional. Warm and safe – always leaves something for you in the cupboard. Able to mix with any class of society and very British! Reliable, you’ll always know what you’re going to get.
Easyjet … childlike and bright, very cheeky at times and not really very reliable. Can be rude and abrupt at times. You don’t tend to have a great respect for them or relationship with them.
Amazon … the relationship’s grown with them, at first very sceptical but they are proving themselves. Becoming a much better friend and they seem to make an effort to understand you (make recommendations for you!). Can always go to them when needed and are able to help you more and more!
Woolworths … old and tired. Very much was indeed of a make over but in the end was too ill and outdated. Sadly missed old pal.
