About

So what’s it all about?

Personisation was born out of the process Dani Saveker went through after placing her family’s 106 year-old company – Savekers –  into administration in March 2009.

Dani was in the fourth-generation of family members to work at (and run) the business. It goes without saying that letting go was tough but equally very freeing. Indeed, it was through being CEO at Savekers and the following 6 months after it’s demise that she learnt what legacy had been left and how powerful it was.

Dani, like so many others, went through a grieving process – very much like that of losing a loved one. These parallels taught her that businesses and other orgaisations are just like people in so many ways and when you change your perception slightly and embrace this as a concept it’s very interesting and more importantly very useful.
